Royce: The preparation for the holiday offer has been going great and thanks to the team we are set to launch in 24 hours. It’s all hands on deck to get us to the finish line which is technically 12 hours post launch so as to ensure everything is running smoothly. 

As part of a contingency to go forward with the initial plan that Becca and I presented, Miller assured the board I would be delivering updates every 24 hours for the week leading up to the launch and the week after. This was my penance for what Miller deemed “taking a royal shit on the board” and being offered a lifeline in the form of a plunger. That man has a way with words. And any time he deems the update unsatisfactory, he reminds me by sending a visual of a plunger.

So what type of updates do the execs expect?
